Leeds United winger Raphinha is in high demand, and Chelsea look as though they have beaten Arsenal, Barcelona and Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign him. Raphinha was always likely to attract interest this summer, registering 11 goals and three assists in a team that barely avoided relegation, and a move to Chelsea now looks imminent.  Manchester United have made an offer for former Tottenham Hotspur star Christian Eriksen, this is after them getting information of the former Tottenham star being liable for a free transfer, if recent reports are to be believed. Eriksen made a heroic return to the Premier League in January, less than seven months after suffering a cardiac arrest while playing for Denmark during last summer's European Championships. The creative midfielder decided to sign for Thomas Frank's side on a six-month contract, enjoying a productive few months as he netted one goal and provided a further four assists in just ten starts.  Liverpool attacking engine Mohamed Salah has been named Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) Player of the Year for the second time, while Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo was named in the Premier League Team of the Year, it was announced on Thursday.Salah finished joint top scorer alongside Tottenham Hotspur's Son Heung-Min with 23 goals. Dybala expresses his passion for Italian league

JUVENTUS star Paulo Dybala has refused to rule out the prospect of dealing a move to the premier league amid ongoing links with Manchester United but has admitted that he is happy in Italy.  He feels he's passionate in the Italian league where he hopes to deliver much to the required standards. The Argentina international, who scored a third goal in their 3-0 win over Italy in the Finalissima at Wembley, will leave Juventus on the Expiry of his contract at the end of this month,bringing his 7 year-spell in Turin to an end, following his arrival at the club back in 2015.   The takeover of Chelsea by the Todd Boehly/Clearlake Capital consortium has finally been completed as The Roman Abramovich era at Stamford Bridge is officially over after 19 years. It was confirmed on Saturday a "final and definitive agreement" had been reached on the sale of Chelsea to the Boehly-led consortium – and that it would be finalised today with the transaction of the club. That has now taken place and a statement has been released on the Blues' website. Thomas Tuchel does not believe Chelsea needs big alterations to the football structure when potential new owners arrive, but insists he remains open to the idea of change, as there is always room for improvement. Nottingham Forest have been promoted to the English Premier League (EPL) for the first time in 23 years. This was after they secured a 1-0 victory over Huddersfield Town in the Championship playoff final at Wembley on Sunday. The Reds were crowned back-to-back European champions in 1979 and 1980, right on the heels of their first (and still only) English top-division title in 1978, to go with a pair of back-to-back League Cup triumphs at the start (1978 and 1979) of Brian Clough’s famous run, before doing it again a decade later (1989 and 1990). Nottingham Forest were one of the 20 founding members of the Premier League in 1992, but they were relegated from the top flight in the first season, for the first of four relegations over a 12-year span, the last from which they have only now found their way back.
