  The takeover of Chelsea by the Todd Boehly/Clearlake Capital consortium has finally been completed as The Roman Abramovich era at Stamford Bridge is officially over after 19 years. It was confirmed on Saturday a "final and definitive agreement" had been reached on the sale of Chelsea to the Boehly-led consortium – and that it would be finalised today with the transaction of the club. That has now taken place and a statement has been released on the Blues' website. Thomas Tuchel does not believe Chelsea needs big alterations to the football structure when potential new owners arrive, but insists he remains open to the idea of change, as there is always room for improvement.   The fallen Giants back to the EPL after along struggle  without fichering, in conquest for the valued tittles. Nottingham Forest have been promoted to the English Premier League (EPL) for the first time in 23 years. This was after they secured a 1-0 victory over Huddersfield Town in the Championship playoff final at Wembley on Sunday. This season has been the toughest  for  former intermilan striker, at Stamford Bridge. The world class player has displayed dismal performance in the EPL and seems unfit for these league.  Lukaku, 28, has failed to find top form since re-joining Chelsea for €115 million in the summer, scoring just five goals in 19 Premier League appearances.
